We collect the information you give us. This can include your name, email address and mailing address when you sign up for the newsletter or ask for a yard sign, patches or a bike hanger. If you email us, we keep your message and your address.

Our hosting provider, Vercel, records standard server logs such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We use this information to keep the site running and secure.

How we use it

We use your information to fill your request, send the newsletter, reply to your messages and organize our campaign to keep Irvington Elementary School open.

Who sees it

We do not sell your information. We share it only with services that help us run the site, the newsletter and the delivery of items you ask for, and when the law requires it.

Newsletter

The newsletter is at newsletter.saveirvington.school. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in each email, or by emailing us.

Third-party sites

This site links to Instagram and other sites we do not control. Their privacy policies apply when you use them.

Keeping and deleting your information

We keep your information while the campaign runs and as long as we need it to fill your requests. To see, correct or delete your information, email join@saveirvington.school.

Children

This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

Changes

We will post changes to this page and update the date at the top.

The text, logo and images on this site belong to Save Irvington School unless noted. Do not alter them to mislead people or use them to sell anything.

Free items

Yard signs, patches and bike hangers are free while supplies last. We may limit quantities and cannot promise delivery times.

This site states our views about Irvington Elementary School and decisions by Portland Public Schools and local government. We work to keep the information accurate and may correct it at any time.

No warranty and limit of liability
